Associate Dean of Research
The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is seeking a dynamic, mission-minded, research scientist to lead the research enterprise of the college of nursing. The associate dean of research is responsible for fostering research and scholarship productivity of the faculty. This position also works in partnership with the Office of Sponsored Programs Administrative Network (OSPAN) and oversees activities for advancing research and fostering scholarship initiatives on campus, in the state, regionally and nationally, and attracting support at the state and national levels. The duties of the associate dean of research contribute to the mission of UAMS: to improve the health, health care and well-being of Arkansans and of others in the region, nation, and world.
